This is a very versatile session, tailored to your needs.
If you are new to yoga this can be a great beginners session to teach you the basics, whilst you build strength, flexibility and confidence to progress on your yoga journey.
Like my mat based classes you will be taught asana (this is the movement section), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
Using a chair gives students the confidence to not have to worry about getting up and down from the floor and is a great prop if you struggle with your balance and standing for long periods of time.
Yoga is so much more than an exercise class and chair yoga makes this accessible for all.
