All your favorite yoga asanas just modified using the aid of a chair.
This is the perfect solution for use as rehabilitation to build you back up to a mat based class or to still allow you all the benefits of a yoga class without the anxiety of struggling in a more challenging session.
Chair yoga can still provide a full body workout incorporating all the yogic philosophies to engage mind, body and soul.
All sessions involve pranayama (breath work), asanas and meditatation in a warm, welcoming environment.
